From Visham, Jose, Tommy & Tony are all excellent and I am very happy that I trusted them with my AC needs. I am sleeping with cool air specially now in the summer. I called, they came asap. Great service. Will certainly use them again if need be. Had mold in our ac unit and ducts. They were able to purge it and also set up a UV light in order to prevent future mold from forming. Fast, knowledgeable and efficient techs too. They also offer a protection plan with a low monthly charge. It saves you money in the long run for maintenance or replacement.

Tremendous service — I had to coordinate the replacement of our entire system via long distance and the Altman team provided the proposal electronically and helped me coordinate an install date that worked with my travel schedule. And installation team was punctual, clean and very thorough. Would definitely use them again.

This was our first experience with Altman Air. We called on a Saturday - and the company sent a technician who arrived within an hour. The technician - Miguel - evaluated and solved the problem with the pipes. I was impressed that he put on shoe covers when he entered the house, and placed a Matt on the floor next to the air conditioner to protect the floor while he worked. He was able to solve the problem with the piping and air conditioner unit - and he was kind and professional. I would highly recommend Miguel as well as Altman Air, and feel great to know that if any issues develop in the future, we can call on their services.

The service was for a Commercial Property. Jose the service tech came promptly. Jose was Professional and Polite, after examining the unit he explained to me the solution and cost for repair. One Hour Air Conditioning is a great value and a Company you can depend on to give good quality service at a fair price.

We installed a new trane unit March of 2017 with a different A/C company and it has given us nothing but headaches! We had 3 service calls with the original company and I believe it’s been about 6 service calls with Altman (for different reasons; blower motor, compressor, dual capacitor, Schrader valve, float switch, etc.). We found Altman one hour through google one of the times our unit stopped working and ended up signing up for a service plan with them. Honestly, they are a great company! They respond quickly and the technicians are available at all hours! It is totally worth the monthly fee to have peace of mind!

Jose was exceptional. He went above and beyond until he was satisfied with the whole system.
