One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Miami

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. AC. Tech did the job half way, so we call again to complete and they could charge a again. Poor communication, that ended up costing water remediation expenses. The AC leak that they didn’t. fix, spread to the apartments below. Never experienced anything like this before!!

We called at 8am Sunday morning and they came within the hour. Miguel was great. He checked out the ac, found the problem and replaced the part within the hour. he stayed around for awhile to make sure it was working. After 18 years our air conditioner died. Called Altman One Hour. They came out in a couple of hours. Gave us a great price and told us they could install new unit first thing in the morning. True to there word they were at my house at 8:00am. There tech Tony was excellent. Skilled in his trade, professional, neat, polite and answered all my questions. The same can be said about all there staff. In a few hours I had brand new air with no issues. Highly recommend this company.

One Hour Air Conditioning was a dream to work with. They gave us several options for a mini split system which we researched and got a couple of other estimates for and theirs was the best. From estimate to our decision the whole project was done in 1 week. The actual installation took one day and we are super pleased with their work. Highly recommend this company.
8/25/2020. AC stopped working. We got a service man out in less than 3 hours. Within 30 min he identified the problem as a tripped breaker at the compressor. We now know there is a breaker at the compressor and know how to check it. The service man was very helpful and thorough and followed good COVID 19 safety precautions.

Excellent service by technician Miguel. Very professional. Always on time, clean and wears a mask at all times. Office staff wonderful too. This morning I had the pleasure of dealing with Carlos who was on time and courteous. He did routine maintenance and fixed a small leak. I have a contract with the company for quarterly checks and to flush the lines. Great service. A/C is a must for South Florida and they keep my unit running well.

One Hour Air Conditioning is a top-notch company, from the sales person Visham to the installers, the final product, and everything in between. Tony and Santiago were extremely professional and polite and very sweet. They were hard workers and extremely neat!! Not only did they clean up very well when they were all done, but they covered their shoes every single time they walked in my house. I was so impressed by that. They finished late in the evening and still took the time to explain the app, etc with smiles on their faces. It was such a positive experience and, needless today, I love my new A/C unit. This is a great company, and I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Tony came first thing in the morning and diagnosed the problem and gave us a clear and understandable explanation of what was going on with the unit. He showed us exactly where things needed fixing or replacement. He was extremely courteous and is someone I could recommend wholeheartedly. The company promised someone first thing and that is what we got. I was very happy having dealt with people who promise to come and never show up or come 6-7 hours later without telling you that they were running late.

The company technician looked very neat and was very polite. Mr. Miguel was very knowledgeable of his assignment and how to achieve the top most job expected by his company and me the client. I can only evaluate now and wait to judge later the needed repairs if need.

My experience has been fantastic with One Hour. What ever the situation they've been fast to schedule and resolve. Very accommodating to our households personal schedules. Couldn't be more satisfied with the company.

These guys are honestly some of the best in the business!
The service was absolutely incredible, the technicians were nice, genuine and understanding, and the installation of the A/C and heater systems was efficient!
When they said “Always on time, or you don’t pay a dime!”, they weren’t kidding! They arrived at the appointed time, on the dot!
Their instructions on how to operate the systems were also so easy to understand, my 5 year-old son was able to comprehend how to use the A/C and the heater.
It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would 100% recommend these individuals to anybody out there! They’ll get the job done, absolutely no problem; and most importantly, they’ll show up on time - or you don’t pay a dime!
