One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Miami

At first I had doubts about one hour from all the bad reviews I found online about this company across the nation , but the technician Tony really change my prospective on the Miami location. He arrived for my appointment early and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He performed my tune up and explained everything in detail and provided me with pictures of all of his findings. Fast forward a week later. Tony came back to complete a coil cleaning for me and my family from his previous finding during my tune up. He was very cautious and neat he cover my floor and took the coil out in a bag in order to not drop and water on the floor. Tony made me and my family very comfortable. Definitely the best AC technician in the area... trustful. Any company would be lucky to have him definitely a gem don’t let him get away.

True to their word, they arrived within the hour and the guy was very helpful. He explained everything that caused my AC to shut off and even went the extra mile to clean out under the coils. I will definitely be signing up for their maintenance package.

This company came out to my house on a Sunday night because our Lennox unit was broken. The next day they were supposed to get a broken part, which was under warranty, and return to my house to install it. They strung us along all day, making up random excuses, and around 4 o'clock when we decided to contact Lennox, we found out the real reason was that the owner did not want to fork up the money to buy the part that we needed, which Lennox would reimburse when they received the broken one. A whole night and day with our AC broken to now have to find another company to fix our AC, while it's 100 degrees outside. THANKS!!! FOR NOTHING

I am very pleased. Customer service is fantastic. This compay knows how to care for their customers, I am very impressed. In the afternoon on a Friday Memorial day weekend at 4:30 our AC quit working. I called Altman One Hour and spoke with Melina. Melina was very competent and reassuring that Saturday morning we would have our new ac. At 8:30 Saturday morning Tony was here ready to work. Tony is amazing, he is polite, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Great job Tony, you have earned a repeat customer and will be highly recommended. Thank you.

We called One Hour Air Conditioning around 6 pm when our A/C unit stopped working. They should up incredibly in like 30 mins. Thomas who was the technician that showed up was polite, professional and had a mask and shoe protection on so he didn't track dirt in the house. He was quick to figure out what the problem was and fix it. They even waived the service fee when he did the repair. We had never used this company before but we definitely will again. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with this company! The techs, Tony and Miguel, were so great! They were efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Tony even had to do some of the work in the pouring rain and still came back with a smile on his face. The woman (did not get her name) coordinating the visits was so sweet and accommodating. While I’m not looking forward to ever needing them again ;) I’ll rest easy knowing if I do they’re just a call away.

My wife came across one of the service vans in our area. Our AC wasn't cooling, we called in the morning and had a technician here in the afternoon. Briana the service rep was extremely friendly and polite, Tony the service tech was professional, courteous and resolved the issue within minutes. Great customer service and reasonable prices! Melina in administrative is always helpful, kind and responsive. I’ve been a client for 10 years (with previous owners) I think she’s been there the whole time. Today technician Ozzi came out and was awesome. Respectful, thorough, very knowledgeable and showed me everything that needed repair or was damaged. They honor warranties and stand by their work. When I called for maintenance they were out the next day. Two thumbs up!
