Tom was very profesional and even arrived with disposable booties and a mask for to keep house clean and for my safety. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional but ridiculously expensive. Used this company for decades and was completely satisfied. New owners no matter what the issue is. have completely changed pricing. Minimum charge is now $199 +$99 service fee

Scheduled a repair for today. They gave us a window of 12pm-4pm and said that they would call us with a 1 hour window when the technician was on the way. I received the call at 12:50 pm saying that the technician was on his way from Kendall and that he was going to be at my house within the hour so to make sure that he was there. I stayed home until 1:50 pm exactly with no complaint. 1:55 I call to find out where the tech is and the dispatcher tells me that he is no more than 15+-20 minutes away. I wait until 2:15 to call back only to be told that he is still about 10-15 minutes away with "heavy traffic". I decided to drive down to where they claim he was, there was no traffic. Where was the technician really and when did he leave? 1.5 hours to get from Kendall to my house is absurd. I can make it to homestead and back in that time!

Out of desperation, we have made another appointment for tomorrow at 4 pm. I will adjust my review accordingly tomorrow.

Our units have not been cooling adequately for several months. The person who came figured out the issue quickly and we have a path forward. His customer service is unparalleled.
