Everyone I dealt with - from the lady who initially answered the phone; through the air con and electrics surveyors who came out to plan the job; through the "boss", Malcolm, to the guys, Scott and Mark, who worked really hard over two full days installing my air con system - was super professional, competent, and friendly. They got my installation done in a very short time and every detail is finished perfectly.

The staff was courteous, respectful, and attentive to my needs, making me feel confident in their abilities.

The technician was skilled and polite. My AC is now working perfectly after their service.
