Dade Super Cool Air Conditioning

Woke up Saturday morning and AC wasn't cooling. Called Dade Super Cool and they came out later that day, earlier than their projected time. Barbie was so helpful and friendly, explained everything in detail. Service tech Anthony was very professional, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. He took his time explaining everything he was checking and went through all the repairs and different pricing in detail. Will have them back next month to do a coil cleaning. My AC was up and running in no time. Thank you Dade Super Cool, you are my go to AC company from now on!

Anthony and his team were freaking awesome!! They was very thorough. They explained everything, what was more important to get done first and something that can be pushed off for a bit. I reached out to Dade Super Cool Air Conditioning after reading positive online reviews and because they are located near my home. My first contact with the company was with Barbie. She listened to my situation and understood the urgency I was in. She was courteous, nice and professional. She made sure I provided her with the required information she needed to pass along to her team. She verified everything and made me feel I was in good hands. She scheduled Anthony to make the service call.
Anthony showed up when he was scheduled. The communication was excellent with both Barbie and Anthony. They always kept me in the loop. I never felt I was just waiting around for them. Anthony introduced himself and like Barbie he was courteous, nice and professional. He quickly diagnosed the situation, showed me what he found and provided me with my options. After choosing one of the options Anthony quickly started working on my AC unit. He tracked down the parts I needed and explained the next steps.
After the parts were picked up Barbie communicated with me that Harold was returning to my home to prepare my AC unit and compressor so that Anthony can quickly install the new parts. Harold was also courteous, nice and professional. Anthony showed up soon after Harold and they had the AC unit put back together and running.

A/C drain was clogged. Repairman from Dade Super Cool Air Conditioning came and did an excellent job. He was very thorough and very clean. Left everything running smoothly. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
