Ordered a geothermal Dual Air system through Source4air. During my research I had specific questions that Ari from ColdFlow answered and gave me valuable advice and tips on the new system even though I ordered it through another company.The 5 ton system puts out cold air like you wouldn’t believe! Their customer support is second to none! You won’t be disappointed! They are an American locally owned company with impeccable customer service which can’t be beat!
I needed a new fan motor in my 21 year old ColdFlow heat pump air conditioner in my condo. After being without a/c for more than a week I spoke to Elon at ColdFlow who then called a personal friend to come all the way from Miami to Pompano that day (Friday of July 4th weekend) to bring & install a new motor at a reasonable price. I have another 21 year old unit in the bedroom portion of my condo that has never given me a problem in the 12 years we have lived here. You can be sure that when I need these air conditioners replaced I will be buying more ColdFlow units. Thank, you so much Elon!
ColdFlow in Miami has been a great company for us to deal with ever since we had a new Dual Air Heat Pump / AC installed several years ago in our Condo. The unit itself is extremely efficient - we have by far the lowest electric bills we have ever had since the unit was installed. The people who work at ColdFlow are wonderful. Each time we called for information, Ari, the Design Engineer, would always pick up the phone and spend as much time as needed until we had a thorough understanding of the issue. He was never rushed and took his time until we understood everything. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with ColdFlow. Bottom line for me: in todays world when you find a company that makes a great product, is efficient, reliable and wonderful to deal with, my recommendation would be to give them your business.
Ordered geothermal 3.5 ton unit due to 21.7 EER. Installation was very easy because it is not 2 pieces. Bought online and installed myself. Had problem when switched to heat, but electrical and mechanical engineer VERY helpful on phone when I had questions. Replaced a part for me.
Very happy with my 1.5 ton close loop vertical heat pump. It's been happily chugging along for many years. Happy as can be. It may be time for a new one. Please help me Ari if you can. Thanks. Glenn in Orlando/WPK
Get people, bought 4 heat pumps and two cooling towers from them 15 years ago. As units get old they have issues. They are always there to help me figure out what to do to keep things going. Talk to Elon
