They did a good job with the installation. However, there were some minor items unfinished to be done after the completion of the office construction. When we asked them to come back and finish, they asked if we have it in writing. We spent over 12k, the undone items totaled less than $400.00. Not good!!

They replace the A/C in the attic.which was not easy to replaced. Yet they finished ✅ in one day. they were led by Roberth . very careful and professional.

Worst experiece from the beginning. Though I had agreed to pay for the permit fee, work was done without permit. The day of the install, I kept waiting for the technitian and called the office couple of times past the scheduled. After waiting for couple of hours, realized that the installer had gone to a wrong address. His truck was not marked, so I proactively enquired with him, confirmed he was from Centry, told him he went to wrong building and showed him my place. Despite all this, he took off without installing!! The manager called and apologized and rescheduled next day. The installer who showed up this time knew no English! Could not communicate at all!. The unit had external damage. I told the Manager who offered to send someone to take a look. No one ever showed up! I too forgot eventully. This week, I got notice from the Citi about work having done without Permit. I tried to apply for permit, but the application needs signature from the installer. I have been trying for last couple of days. Spoke to Suzanne who asked for $350! Even though I was supposed to pay only the actual permit fee (originally quoted less than $200), she insisted on $350! She offered to check with Manager and call back within 24 hours which she never did as of now (over 48 hours). I spoke to Mr. Hernandez who had originally written the quote. He remembered and agreed that I am supposed to pay the actual citi permit fee and offered to check my file and call back. It is over 24 hours now and I tried to reach him couple of times again, no luck. I do not know my options, but I will try to apply for the permit quoting that the installer is not responding.

I called Centry at 11:30 PM when I found out my AC was leaking! Alex answered the phone and came over within 30 minutes to stop the leak and flush the drain line.

My carpet floors got really wet during the time of the leak and I was concerned about bacterial growth. Centry Air Designs dried everything out and removed all the materials that were contaminated and also cleaned my system. Long story short Centry was able to help me with this emergency through my insurance company and even absorbed my deductible.

Thank you so much Centry!! My AC is no longer leaking and is blowing cold air without any issues!

Installation done as scheduled. Very clean and cleaned up mess afterwards. Was very helpful to show us how to use remote and how to program features.
