This company was used to ship out some car wrap vinyl for us. The package is now lost in transit. I called and spoke with a young lady who was less then helpful who stated I needed to take it up with UPS. I was shocked at her response. She stated that once it leaves their facility it is no longer their concern and I have to take it up with UPS. This is insane to me. There is info that UPS will only provide the shipper and they are not even willing to assist with this.

We have being Conducting business with AM Distributors, for 3 years now and we have always being treated with respect and like a family. The best supply house in Miami hands down. There is no other supply house that gives you service, quality and assurance like this company. From the owner, down to the warehouse guys, always classy and always eager to help you. My #1 choice for anything HVAC related.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. One of their trucks was in Key Largo and blatantly ran a red light and almost hit my vehicle with my young daughter in it. When I called the company to report their driver and told them what happened, the response was "And what do you want me to do about it?" Seriously?!? That is the answer after one of your drivers is driving recklessly?? Absolutely unacceptable.

IF YOU ARE A BIG DESIGN- BUILD contractor AND HAVE TO MEET DEAD LINES, Stay away from this business or you will find yourself having an argument with the salesperson about how the order is delayed “because of the size of your order” even you have paid in full and even you have been promised that you order will be “hot rushed” out. Smart way to treat a GC these days and guy! I was not asked to be charged for the hot rush out you have promised! I will make sure you get fired for being Mr. Big time Liar and Lazy!
