My installation was easy to book and was available shortly after. The office staff and plumbers were pleasant, responsive and informative throughout the process. A solid company. Not the cheapest option perhaps, but they deal in quality materials and back up their work.

Very unprofessional, don't have the knowledge to answer a basic question: Do you service AC wall unit? - Apparently they don't know what a wall unit is. This doesn't give me confidence in dealing with them. Not to mention that they hang up on clients... very, very low class.
