From the first on-site evaluation until after installation it was fantastic. Bob was extremely professional, he took the time to really explain everything and give us options to choose from. We communicated multiple times via email and he was very responsive. Robert the installer was great as well. Very personable and had a great work ethic and personality. My wife and I were very pleased from beginning to end. We would absolutely recommend BRG Air Systems, we were referred to them by one of my co-workers and we were very happy we used them for the new AC system.

Bought my new AC system with BRG after requesting a free estimate quote and negotiated cost and applicable discounts with Mr. Bob Aiello, an easy going and very professional person. The installation was completed on the date and time accepted.
