We just bought the house and the previous owners recommended Brevard Cooling and Heating (BCH). We scheduled a maintenance check and the technician (Jim) was actually early for the appointment. I had a ton of questions about the system. He was very patient and provided very useful information and practical maintenance suggestions. He provided expectations and options for the future, but was not pushy. I highly recommend BCH and Jim.

Our experience with this company has been great. We needed a new AC unit put in, so we called and Eric visited us to discuss our options. He was honest, with reasonable prices, and explained our options in a way that I could understand. Collin, Will, and Charlie came later that week, arrived on time, and did a stellar job installing our new AC unit. These are professional, trustworthy, and hard working guys.

The install team of Will W, Will M, Derek and Colin along with Eric was amazing. Not a wasted moment as everyone knew their job so well. They installed 2 complete systems, a 4 and a 5 ton. I purchased a new Daikin 5 ton system from Brevard Heating and Cooling and I couldn't be happier with the service and installation. Franko, a Supervisor, came to my home and walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. The installers, Collin and Patrick, are highly competent professionals. It took them about 7 hours from start to finish for the install. From scheduling to permits, you will not find more helpful people in the office than Megan and Mary. Ben and John, the owners, have assembled a First Class organization. I strongly recommend you call them for your HVAC needs. I won't call anyone else.

Customer service is wonderful when you call in. Everything is explained clearly and you are not rushed off the phone. My service technician Jimmy called in advance of his arrival and was very thorough. They came highly recommend and for good reason. Jimmy was so great that I plan to request him on future visits. Two thumbs up!

I had been looking to replace my heating and cooling system for over a year. I got quotes and talked to eight of the best rated companies in Brevard county. Eric came over and explained what I needed and what it would cost. After 3 weeks of research and looking over proposals I chose Brevard Cooling & Heating. His team showed up to my house and went immediately to work, removing my old unit and installing the new one. The finished work was stunning and it works like a million bucks. Brevard wasn't the cheapest, but they wasn't anywhere near the most expensive, actually they were right in the middle. I'm so happy I went with Brevard Cooling & Heating.

Five stars is an understatement! Received multiple estimates from other local companies and we weren't getting anywhere. I figured we'd give it one more try and called Brevard Cooling and spoke with Eric. Eric took the time over the phone to provide alot of information prior to coming to the house. When Eric arrived, he had a great attitude. He explained the entire job in detail, provided a detailed estimate with everything spelled out and all costs were very clear. Reasonable pricing, no games no surprises. As another bonus, my dogs really took to Eric so that sealed the deal for me. It got even better when Derek, Zack and Dan arrived on time this morning for the install. The job was explained and they got right to work. They worked very well together, maintained a clean work site, had a great attitude and explained the new Daikin system when the install was complete. We couldn't be happier. Our only regret was not calling Brevard Air and Heat first.

Professional, Dependable, Great Communication, New AC and Heating System installed by Brevard Cooling and Heating, as planned, at the price quoted with no surprises. Even lent me a loaner portable AC unit for a few days before the planned installation. Friendly people who did what they said they would do and did it with a smile. Highly recommend.
