I've had to call G out of semi-desperation a few times over the past few months - being 8 months pregnant in the Florida heat is no fun when your A/C unit doesn't want to work like it should. He's always so quick to answer, and is usually able to come by the same day and fix the issue. His customer service is outstanding and professional, and he is the only one I will recommend him to anybody who needs A/C services!!!!

Service was great! I’ve had bad experiences with some of the larger companies. Working with Absolutely Cool was a pleasant surprise. Giuseppe arrived on time, identified my issue right away, and provided a much better price than I paid for the same service a few years back from another company. He Finished the work quickly and stuck around to make sure everything was working properly and even followed up a few days later. I would call them back for future service no doubt.

Guisseppe has always provided great service. He and his wife are attentive and super responsive. I have replaced my entire system as well as experiencing emergency and maintenance services. Each and every time he has been responsive and provided immediate service.

Used their services for 2 emergency calls which were good. Was told at the time that this would happen again because the system (15 years old) needed to be replaced. I had been told that by another firm also. I asked for a quote and it was in line with others. It was also in line with what neighbors had paid for similar work. I waited for a few months then contacted them and they honored the quote. They scheduled the delivery and installation of the new unit for the next week. They arrived on time, finished when they said they would and it worked great. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Showed up on a Sunday to check A/C not working after another power outage and surges. Ordered parts and installed by Wednesday. Very thorough and reasonable.

My ac stopped working. They came out quickly and took the time to see if my unit was under warranty. They got my ac up and cooling my house before the end of the day. They also were very clean, respectful to social distancing and practiced safe hand washing. I will continue to use Absolutely Cool Services for all my ac needs!
