Called and received service the same day, technician came out at 10pm, to fix my heating on a very cold night! He was so nice and extremely informative. I will definitely be calling again, if I ever have any future issues! Great service 👍🏻

Mahlon Oglesby came by to service our HVAC equipment and noticed significant rusting and degradation of the coils on the furnace. Having already experienced loss of AC last summer (which Mahlon repaired promptly!!) we were concerned about the longevity of the system. Mahlon was able to schedule the installation of a new, higher efficiency system within 3 days of his visit. The installation crew did a superb job! We are extremely pleased with the service we’ve received from Cook’s.

I have no complaint about their service, but they make you pre-pay $86 for a service call, which in my case could have been diagnosed by a tech over the phone, because the issue did not require a visit. Not pleased.
