Chris from Cook’s A/C & Heating Specialists repaired my AC system. He was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

My AC went out over the weekend and I waited until late Sunday morning to call Cook's. Their technician Chris called me back almost immediately, and he was at my home working on the problem just a few hours later. The costs were all presented up front, and after about 45 minutes of changing parts and cleaning the system out, I had cold air again. Honest, up front pricing and professional service is what their website promised, and that is exactly what they delivered. Cooks installed a new unit. Had an issue with a pump two years after and they came out immediately and repaired it free of charge. Very responsive and attentive.

Called for a/c repair early Saturday morning, got an immediate call from the on-call technician (Matt) and he was at my house all in under an hour. Matt was extremely professional and had the problem diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable and fair. This was my first time using Cook’s but I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Our installation specialist worked quick and had the job finished and thr air cooling our home before it had a chance to get hot. He took his time to explain everything to us. I would use them again. I really appreciated his manners.
