I called nxgen out yesterday because my AC went down. I am aware my system is 14 years old and was scared what the tech was going to sell me. Rodney showed up to my house same day. He was very clean and thorough. He did inform me that it was past it's life expectancy but that's as far as that went. He cleared my drain and cleaned my system. The system is running great!
