Great company and knowledgeable tech. I called for same day after hours repair and Sean was great. He was knowledgeable and explained to us what was wrong with our unit and repaired it. Highly recommend, just gained a new customer and will be using them for maintenance going forward.

I am a new customer of Air Advantage Heating & Cooling Inc. I called at 4:30pm yesterday, to try and schedule a future visit by a technician. The woman who answered the phone was professional, and explained the dispatcher was on another call, and asked if they could return my call. I received a return call a few minutes later, explained my issue (a/c stopped cooling), and waited to find out when a technician would be available. Much to my surprise, I was informed they would come out THE SAME DAY between 5:30pm - 7:00pm.

Kain arrived within the window of time and got to work right away. During his diagnostics/inspection, he was professional, explained what he was doing in detail, didn't rush through the task in any way, and resolved my issue within 90 minutes of arrival. My air conditioner began dropping the temperature down slowly, and in a couple of hours it was back to normal temperature for me.

I never met anyone in Air Advantage Heating & Cooling Inc prior to hiring them, but it didn't take long for the company and staff to earn my trust and appreciation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service from a respected company operated by trustworthy individuals.

SeanT from Air Advantage came to inspect our HVAC system. He was very polite. took the time to explain everything he was doing and what we needed repaired. The people who came last year (from a different company), just said “your system is old and it’s not going to last forever”. And that was it. Sean replaced a UV bulb, cleaned a ceiling filter and replaced it. He explained a few other things we could do if we wanted, such as cleaning out our dryer vent and air ducts. He was also very understanding about our dog who wanted his attention.

I have been using Air Advantage for over 10 years and request Luis Ramos each time.
He's very knowledgeable, personal and a concientious technician. I strongly recommend Air Advantage and if Luis is available feel comfortable requesting his service.

We've been Air Advantage customers for a few years now and use them for two properties. We typically request Luis when scheduling appointments. Luis is knowledgeable and professional and we have come to rely on his expertise. This company as a whole is responsive and professional. I'd highly recommend them!

The best! Kane has come and helped us out over 5 times now. The office staff is nice and efficient as well. They always show up in the time slots given and are always professional, kind and get the work done quickly. I really highly recommend this place! I’ve never been told to replace or fix things that don’t need fixed and their prices have been great so far for all work we’ve needed.

With the employee shortage businesses are experiencing we were extremely thankful Air Advantage was able to service our central air unit on the day we called. Chris was very knowledgeable, pleasant and answered all our questions. The kind of employee a business could only hope for to represent them!

Air Advantage installed a new system in our home and did an incredible job installing and utilizing our existing ductwork. Furthermore, they solved our drain line issue, even though it is a 15-year-old line, by installing a pump to push the water out. Their installation and service are top-notch, and I highly recommend them.

I have worked with Air Advantage on the installation of new A/C systems two times at two different homes. They are timely, neat. professional and courteous. They are also price competitive. My main contact has been Amber Dial and she is excellent and enjoyable to work with. While I do not foresee the need for another new A/C system in the near future, but if so, I would call Air Advantage. Their semi-annual maintenance checks are also very good.

We have used Air Advantage for 20 years and are extremely happy with the services provided. We are especially Impressed with Louis, the technician we always ask for. The service provided is dependable and reliable. Louis is very knowledgeable about the products and keeps us apprised of new innovations that might be of interest. He is efficient; he is always punctual and very careful not to disturb anything when moving throughout our home to provide maintenance services. We highly recommend Air Advantage and especially Louis.
