I have been with Weathermakers for years and have had many successful service calls. The technicians are helpful and knowledgeable and have been courteous and on time whenever possible. They have been able to accommodate my crazy work schedule and do the work efficiently. They then inform me of any other problems and update me on newer solutions to these problems. The office staff is very amiable and informative and will work with me on a variety of air conditioning subjects. I highly recommend this company for their honesty and ability to be flexible.

I requested someone to come out and give me an estimate on repairing or replacing the unit. They couldn’t give me a time to come out but said they would be there that day and there would be a service charge of 85. When they finally arrived I was told the service charge would be over 200 to tell me what was wrong. After arguing a bit the charge was only 85. I needed a replacement and they said I should have an estimate within a day or two. It has been a month and they were finally kind enough to send me an estimate. Another company was out the same day, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. Had the unit replaced with in the week. I can’t imagine the issues I would have had long term if I had actually used this company.

I was referred to Weathermaker from a friend who works in commercial HVAC. She stated that Weathermaker is her top choice for residential HVAC. All of my interactions with Weathermaker staff was pleasant and professional. Due to COVID19 -there was a delay in getting the parts to replace my AC. Weathermaker came out to add coolant to my leaky system to carry me through - since it was our fabulous hot and humid season and my inside temperature was getting to 93. They did not charge me for the coolant or service. Then, the installation was quick. The installers thoroughly cleaned up. My system works wonderfully now. I highly recommend Weathermaker without reservation.

Once again Weathermakers did the excellent job we have come to expect. This time we needed duct work servicing.. Brad and Marty were our technicians. Our home is very spread out so there was a lot of attic work to be done. They were here fo 2 days. They were very professional explaining everything, were pleasant to have around, and cleaned up after themselves., We needed to add some vents . I was pleased with the care they took to make sure the vents were properly installed. Thank you Brad and Marty.

weathermakers has serviced our 3 systems since 2003. We have always been pleased with their work and the technicians that do the servicing. A special shout out to Matt. He was here today to install 3 guardian systems to help combat our families" allergies.

Anthony, the Technician was the best! He assessed the problem with my A/C in two seconds and had it running! AMAZING! I hope he will be my Technician the next time that I need service. I am sp grateful to my neighbor for recommending your company!

Weathermakers has been our AC company for over 20 years. We trust them with not only keeping our central ac unit tuned but they also installed our new system. From the office to the techs to the ownership all are professional and respectful. Their customer service is unparalleled. As important as ac is to a healthy home here in St. Pete we rest easy knowing they are on our side.

We had a new system installed Nov. 2018. We have a 3 year maintenance agreement 2 year labor and 10 year parts. Due to covid we were not able to make it to our house to have our HVAC maintained by the time the 2 years for parts ran out. Warranty was out for less than 3 months when we were able to get our appointment. Of course they found a problem. Only 2 years and 3 month since install. We had to pay the labor as the visit and parts were still covered. Cost us $171.00 for labor that took 5 minutes to install. That comes out to $34.00 a minute. That is good money. Do not reccomend this company. Will not use them again even though it is still under warranty.

We woke up Friday morning to 81* inside our home. I spoke with Michelle at 9 a.m. to discuss options, she was extremely helpful and empathetic towards our situation. The technician, Anthony arrived at 1 p.m. was able to flush out the draining and the house was cooling down by 2 p.m. This is the first time we've used Weathermakers and signed up for a 1-year service preventive maintenance program. Outstanding customer service, professional and affordable. Thank you!!!

$105 for a quick look at our A/C is pricey, literally a walk across the street. 3 days later, no quote. Called in, they sent a guy to estimate the cost, still waiting for a quote in writing. Friendly but a bit slow on communication.

Weathermakers installed three A/C units for us just over two years ago and have provided excellent service for them ever since. In this instance, the unit on the fourth floor of our townhome was underperforming. While the thermostat was set on 72 degrees the room temperature could not get below 76 degrees. I called at 11:00 am for assistance and was told a technician would be available between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. Sure enough, Derek arrived exactly at 2:00 pm and identified the issue as a severed line in the unit on the roof and stayed on the job until it was fixed just before 6:00 pm. Derek was courteous, walked me through the issues and the solutions and presented the pricing options so I was well aware of all aspects of the work. No matter who shows up from Weathermakers, each individual is pleasant, courteous and respectful and represents their company well. I'm pleased we selected them to work with.
