Came to the home skipped the issue because he was not trained right. then after i called the office and explained and asked for a price they left a ridiculous estimate. And i know because i worked for them. Smh glad ill fix myself.

After having a good experience with the last tech from Sun-up, this last one (along with I assume was his trainee), although amiable, was disorganized and spent a long time fumbling the thermostat, to the point of me wondering if he knew what he was doing. He first looked in the closet where the unit is, declared that it was very dusty and that an ultra-violet unit should be installed. Well, it is an updraft unit which uses the air from inside the house, so of course it would be dusty. And, the previous tech had installed an UV unit last visit! Seems like he was looking for a sale. He was such a bumbler that I wanted him out of the house. He never did give me feedback on the system, and knowing I was fuming, left in a rush.

I am sure the entire SUN UP company and staff is fantastic,.. but my review is specific to ALYSSA AND AUSTIN. Thru their responsiveness, attention to detail, communication and expertise --- I had an AC system back up and running at a Home listing of mine, in the matter of just a few hours! There were 2 parts that the condenser needed and Austin had both parts on his truck! He didn't try to sell me a new system.. AND he gave me pricing "options" in regards to the parts. He kept in touch with me about trouble shooting the unit, providing the estimate and letting me know when the work was completed. Alyssa was in touch with me as well, very professional and pleasant to speak with. This was honestly one of the best repair transactions I have had in my 20+ years of real estate and dealing with HVAC issues! I WILL USE THEM AGAIN ------ and soon!

The young men who came to our home were very polite and explained exactly what they were doing. Our unit is working fine now.

I called Sun Up Services to service our 11-year-old unit, Ken came out the next day to discuss my needs. He pulled off the cover to the air handler which sits in and outside storage unit and found the inside wires covered in black. Ken also checked the a/c outside unit found the compressor was working at half capacity. After discussing my options, I decided to go with a new unit. Austin the tech is a valuable asset to Sun Up Services, he removed our old unit and installed a brand-new unit, he really knows what he is doing when I asked questions, he answered in terms I understood. Austin’s expertise shined through he is personable and extremely knowledgeable not only did he provide excellent service, he was on time and cleaned up as he went, Austin gave us outstanding service. I highly recommend using Sun Up Service in Largo, FL

Shawn and Austin were both very knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful! When my A/C went out late on a Saturday night Shawn was on his way within minutes after I called, and the work done that night was fast and efficient. I opted to get my entire HVAC replaced, they handled that within a couple of days, again quickly and efficiently. Friendly guys too!
