The installation of my new 2.5 ton ac condenser and coil was done quickly and very professionally. The installer’s were very knowledgeable and handled the installation without any problems or issues. I would highly recommend them and will use them with my HVAC needs going forward.

We hired this company to come put in a new AC line to our newly added/remodeled bathroom. They were incredibly responsive and quick to come out and complete the job we needed. They were in and out and afterwards, when we had a question regarding the install, they called us back the same day and came out to adjust something the next day! After working through an entire bathroom remodel, and working with less than efficient communication from multiple companies, this company was a welcomed breath of fresh air and professionalism. FCW was contacted through a third party to power wash my home. Bill arrived on time, he was very friendly and polite, and respectful of property. He also repaired my AC in less than 10 minutes after learning I had been without air 4 days and the company, AND AC services, tried to swindle $3500 from me to repair a part that didn't need it and then tried to push an $11K new AC on me when my unit is only 5 years old! I called a company do give me a quote for cleaning our internal dryer vent in the house. She reported to my wife that we had so much mold in our ducts that it was nearly dangerous. Then she sent an estimate to get it cleaned and it was astronomical! I looked on Angie’s List and was contacted by an extremely friendly representative of Florida Climate Worx, I described our problem and she immediately undercut the other company by almost half and offered more services. I was a bit skeptical but how wrong was I! The techs arrived promptly when they were supposed to and explained everything to my wife and were even honest that the conditions were a bit exaggerated by the other company! Honesty? WOW!! The techs were great and worked hard. I feel I paid an extremely fair price for the amount of work that was done and it took 3 techs several hours, this was not a wham bam thank you ma’am job! This place has earned a customer for life with me! I feel they are honest, hard working and priced very very fairly! Bravo Florida Climate Worx…highly HIGHLY recommended by me!

In 2021 I had complete ducting replaced with over $4000 job with this company. The AC has not been functioning well with some ducts not pushing air. After that I have called the original AC Installer multiple times for evaluation who stated the AC unit is functioning well. I then called a second AC company for a second opinion and was informed that the ducts are not the appropriate size. I Called Florida Climate Worx company to speak with a manager - I spoke to the “ Operations manager” who said we were past the 90 day warranty and that all they can do is look for leaks. I explained that we have been trying to have this fixed for several months now and was only made aware that the ducts were not the appropriate size. I asked to speak with an owner and was refused. The operations manager said that they would replace the original duct with the same size regardless of what is standard. The conversation was not productive and I was then hung up on and my return call was not answered. Very disappointed that the ducting was not done properly and terrible customer service.

Arica and her team are amazing. They are all super courteous and professional. She walked me through the process and assured me that they would take care of the removal and install do my new a/c system. They all went above and beyond.

They did a fantastic job with cleaning out the duct work. I never knew so much stuff could get stuck in there. They cleaned everything out, made some great recommendations to maintain the system and I highly recommend their service. Excellent work.

This was an amazing experience that turned a stressful situation into a good one. We had serious mold issues in our AC unit in our new house. They came out immediately to clean it although we ended up deciding to go with an all new unit. They cut us a great deal, were extremely timely and professional, answered all our questions, and even offered to clean the old unit so we could have clean air for the one day/night before they could install the new one. We will definitely be returning to them for our AC needs.

Chris Larue at Florida Climate Worx did a great job replacing our ducting, adding a new cowling on the outside combo unit, adding new boxes to all the supply ducts, re-running the control wire from thermostat to outside unit, balancing the system, and cleaning up after their work. They had to come back to re-balance one of the rooms and did so in a timely manner. Since our house was on a crawlspace with very little clearance, they were still able to fit and perform the work to our complete satisfaction. Although Climate Worx wasn't the cheapest, they were definitely the best for the money. I got quotes from 3 other companies by estimators who didn't understand HVAC, were too dressed up to be bothered to look in the crawlspace where the ducting was, or would instantly change their price when I showed them other quotes. ClimateWorx general manager Arica made sure we were satisfied customers. I think Chris did a very good job, and would definitely hire this company again :)
