Finally an AC company that has intelligent staff and honest! Danny came out and was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything about our inits and even showed the AC unit readings. So happy that we finally found an AC company that cares and didn’t try to rip us off. Thank you Danny!!!

Professor Cool is wicked awesome! After 5 quotes we went with Professor Cool. They looked at everything and proved what the competitors were saying was incorrect. They took the time to explain and found the issues where the others just tried to sell you something. They had a tough job to handle and they were professional and a great team to complete the task. Customer service is excellent and I highly recommend them for any hvac issue!

Called and was able to get same day service. I've had another company out to get my upstairs air checked many times with no success and a lot of money. Chuck was here for 2 hours and checked everything. He was awesome and now it's actually cold in ALL the rooms upstairs! They price was very fair for the time and outcome. Had to get some of our duct work redone and it was not an easy job by any means. The two guys literally worked nonstop and almost completed on the first day, and we were able to use our AC that night! Professor Cool did an amazing job at getting my system back online. Two other companies came out and diagnosed two different issues. Both companies were pushing for a completely new system at a cost of $10k. Professor Cool identified the correct issue, and got my system back up and running in minutes. I still needed to replace a part that was not working, but at least the house could stay cool while I waited on the part, which was only a few days. I would recommend Professor Cool to anyone needing service or replacement. When my system needs to get replaced in the future, I am only calling Professor Cool. Outstanding job!
