Professor Cool is a very knowledgeable and professional team and their customer service is top notch. They replaced our old AC and gave us our first scheduled maintenance on the house. They also spent time explaining to us how to maintain on our own. Great company!!!

Danny came out within a few hours of calling and was able to fix the issue very quickly, and without trying to sell me on a new unit. It was nice to have an AC repair man who actually knew how to fix an AC and not just upsell you. Prices were more than decent. Danny even spent some extra time cleaning out the drains and doing some additional maintenance for me without me asking. Great local company that seems to care about their customers.

AC had stopped working. Technician installed new motor. I think there were a few glitches, but he persevered & was successful. When he had any concerns or questions, he called & received assistance. I appreciate & admire that. It's honest & honorable. He didn't pretend or make excuses. He stayed another 3 hours until the unit was working perfectly.

Great company! I called them after 3pm on a Friday, Danny was able to get someone in my house to diagnose the issue the same day (within less than an hour). The guy Richard came and diagnosed it quickly, parts were ordered early Monday morning and Richard was back at noon on Monday to get to work. He was quick and did a great job. Have my AC working in no time, I would definitely recommend this company for all your AC needs/issues.

I was a new customer, but I was treated as though I was a long valued client. Danny came the same day when I had a strong odor coming from the inside unit. He found the motor & relay needed replaced after trying every way to repair them. He explained each step. The next day, Rob M drove to Clearwater to find a motor & installed it that day. Professor Cool is my new A/C company.
