Our AC suddenly stopped working one evening. We called Ride Out and Sons and they were here not even an hour later. They were able to make the repairs and even had the part on hand, AC was repaired in no time !

If you can't stand the heat, call Rideout. Our A/C went out and we called before hours and Tim sent out Lee who was here before 8a. He had the problem fixed within 30 minutes having the unit running like new. The charge was reasonable and I would recommend Rideout to everyone.

Had Techs out twice to repair AC not keeping temp. Told tech the pump wasn't cycling properly and needed to be replaced. He told me the pump was fine and you can't hear it?? Huh?? His excuse was "it's hot outside"... Yes that's why we have AC...Cars have AC and you wouldn't use that excuse. Long story short, went to Home Depot and replaced the pump. AC is 70 all day...

I was given their name from my neighbor. She was extremely happy with their service. I will be letting all of my neighbors know who to call if they have an a/c problem. They do not try to sell you something that you don’t need. The company that came over before them, tried to sell me a $8,000 system.

I've dealt with a few A/C companies but once I found Rideout, I don't even consider anyone else. Johnny on the spot whenever I have needed them, never had better service. I don't know if they are the cheapest, I don't care. They are by far the best I have dealt with.
