Called Terry at Polar Express to come fix the A/C at my place of employment, set an appointment with him on Tuesday for 5 PM at 4:40 PM I called him to make sure he was still coming as I did not receive any call stating he was on his way, where he explained he was running late and would be here before I closed at 8:00PM. I again called him at 7:21PM to confirm he was coming after no follow up call from him again, he then said he was not going to be able to make it, that he would have someone to me at 2PM on Wednesday, I accepted. at 1:35 PM I again called to where his response was I'm finishing an install I'll be there later. at 3:53 PM I called and he said he would be here by 8:00PM today Wednesday, now as of 7:30 PM he is screening my calls and not answering.

He has never reached out to contact me, and did not keep any of his appointment times as promised.

DO NOT use this company as you will be thoroughly disappointed.

I can not emphasize enough how horrible the customer service was. total disrespect to the consumer
