From the very beginning when I called them the person I talked to was helping and knowledgeable. She answered my question as best she could with being here. Then when Mohamed got here he was very quick to find the problem and fix it

Thank you Terry and Manny from Polar Express A/C and Heating! We called Terry (owner) on a Saturday and he was here within the hour. He confirmed that our very old unit had bit the dust. After agreeing on a price and size of a new Trane unit Terry scheduled the install for first thing Monday morning and said Manny would be here at 8 am to do the install. On time and ready to work Manny showed up Monday morning. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and ready to work on getting us our new unit installed . Terry dropped new unit off and Manny did a great job putting it in. Finished by 4 with ice cold air again!!! If you are in need of any A/C work don't hesitate to call these guys. They were both very helpful and concerned to get us cold air in the house again. Thank you both! And, thank you Terry for the extra savings on invoice at the end...greatly appreciated!!

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN. The tech was argumentative and refused to listen to us when we tried to tell him what the problem was. When asked why we had no airflow again the tech responded with “well it’s cold outside not sure what you want to do” it was a horrific experience. Never use this company.

This company is such a breath of fresh air. My AC stopped working this morning and I looked online for a repair. This company was about the only one open, so I called. After telling what the problem was, he said call me back on FaceTime and he showed me exactly what to do to get it running. I did it and it works perfectly. He really knows his trade and usually when you call for service, you dread the whole ordeal. I will always call this honest company when my HVAC has an issue.
