Polar Express Air Conditioning & Heating

Terry and Manny were amazing. They came out the same day I called, checked out my AC system and recommended repairs. Then they were able to replace leaking coils and repair the system the same day!! I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and quality. I highly recommend them for your AC.

So I called this company becase my ac was close to 3 years with no maintence. One guy came, check everything and said it was all OK. No big cleaning nothing of the sort. 3 weeks later my AC stopped cooling... I called again, they came and said that my ac was leaking and it was not cooling because it had no more gas. It seams the first guy did not check the gas levels. (Even though the first visit was suppose to be a full inspection).They told me that the leak is proabably very small and it may take years for it to fail again. They try to find the leak and said that it was proabably inside de walls and needless to say the cost of finding and fixing that is more that I can afford at this moment. But that was the only option they gave me.
Now I know there are cheaper options for small leaks like using sealers but they never propose that.
The second problem was that my air handler heater was not working and they found the sequencer was bad.
I know they run a business and they have to charge more for parts, but they send me a quote for 180.00 for a esquecer that cost 12.00 on Amazon! (Labor not included) So I am giving this place 2 stars because I feel they withhold solutions to help me and overcharge for things.

Mohammed was so nice and explained everything to me. Came out on a holiday and didn’t even charge extra. This company is amazing and so professional. Really care for their customers!

Mohamed did a fantastic job, my unit wasn't running for an entire year, Mohamed came and diagnose the issue and repair within an hour, I called 4 different companies 1 came and couldn't find electrical short polar express came and found it and repair within an hour. Give these guys a call you won't be disappointed

Today I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in my 16 years of living here in Central Florida.
My technician (Mohammed) was not only very knowledgeable about AC repair but was also kind, empathetic and caring.
I plan to make this company my main go to for all of my AC & Heating needs.

Terry came out on very short notice and got my a/c up and running. I had never used Polar Express, his kindness and consideration to a new customer was very impressive. Terry's skills are outstanding and he is truly a man of integrity, what a treasure!

Mohamed and Joe came over for a second opinion diagnostic. We was told we need a new txv device by another company these guys came out and found that wasn't the issue our return duct under our home was crushed which is why our ac unit freezing over. These guys fixed the issue and I couldn't be any happier, do yourself a favor and call these guys for an honest diagnostic and repair.
