Polar Express came to our rescue!! The AC in both our house and my daughter’s house went out just one day apart. Mohamed came to our homes to assess and then give an estimate right away. He searched for new air handlers and compressors for both homes. Jason went to a lot of trouble by driving all over to pick up the different parts so that everything could be installed the next day. I could not have asked for a better service as this all happened on some of the hottest days of the summer.

Mohammed was very versed in this field. He came out to the house because we were having some issues with certain rooms not getting cold and getting the correct flow of air. Also sometimes the AC wouldn't turn on. He was very responsive and gave adequate feedback. He fixed the issues. And his pricings are very competitive. I will definitely use them again for my future HVAC needs.

Absolutely fantastic service. My HVAC system stopped working late in the day (after 5) on a Thursday. I called a few big named HVAC companies. None of them would come out that night. I called Polar Express and the owner answered and sent his team right away. Mohammad and another gentleman came out and it was determined that I would need a major repair or purchase a new AC. Since my unit was old, I went the route of a new unit. Mohammad stayed up late and found a unit and was able to get it next day. The Polar Express team came Friday and stayed late to get it installed. I highly recommend this business.

Very pleasant and professional in their appearance. Lead technician was knowledgeable and helper was also being trained however was very receptive to our questions. They both showed great respect for our home upon entering to service our HVAC unit.
