Polar Express Air Conditioning & Heating

We have loved Polar Express from day one & we have been with them for several years. They are a fantastic company for our heating & cooling needs. Would not use any other company but them!!

Polar Express is awesome! Heather in the office is professional, extremely knowledgeable and just a joy! She kept me informed and at ease. Derek was incredible as our repair man. On time, professional, thorough and explained everything. They also had very reasonable prices. If anyone uses any other A/C company you are wasting your time and money! Thank you Polar Express.

I called this company at 8:30am spoke to Heather very professional! She had a Technician out there at 10:00 am Derrick fix the problem explained every detail. I absolutely love this company!! I give them a million stars I will only call them here on out, THANK YOU❤️

Had my AC go out with a leak and they were able to get me in the next day. Heather and Derick were great to work with. Derick was super nice and helpful with all my questions about what went wrong, what needed replacing, and what I can do to ensure my system would continue to work well. They also have a great annual maintenance package which includes inspections and service visits. Definitely give them a call if you have AC/HVAC needs!

Derick was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He stopped the leak from damaging my garage ceiling, which would have cost me thousands to repair my entire ceiling. I want to thank Derick and Polar Express for their great service.

Our system started acting up and stopped working. After one call, Heather in the office had us setup for an appointment the next day. Derrick, the tech, arrived right on time and was able to diagnose the problem. They expedited ordering the part that needed to be replaced so that we were without ac for a minimal amount of time. Another tech, Mo, came out to replace the piece and within a few minutes of him being here we had ac once again. Great experience. Special thanks again to Heather for getting us on the schedule so quickly and the great communication throughout.

Mohamed K. and the team came right to the rescue and saved my house from catching a fire. I called in because I was hearing some sort of shock/spark noise. I couldn’t figure out exactly where it was coming from. Mohamed came in and immediately solved the issue. I had an overflow and the leak from the A/C was hitting a set of wires cause the sparks. His quick response and knowledge of the system helped my house from catching a fire and I could not thank him enough.

IN THIS FLORIDA HEAT...I was so glad to have someone show up not only on time but actually early. Derrick my technician worked quickly and professionally for a speedy resolve to my cooling problem. I felt perfectly comfortable having him in my home which is very important as a female who happened to be home alone. I would recommend this technician to anyone.

Tried calling Polar Express to hire them as there's an issue with my AC unit drain being clogged and AC was shutdown. Being not sure what to do and how to fix and we were out of AC in hot summer day. The re were no appointments on the day I called and lady named Heather was attending my call and provided me with DIY instructions for about 5-7 minutes for free. It resolved my problem. I really appreciate their honesty, willingness to help (not being their customer yet) and by going above and beyond explaining it with utmost clarity and patience. Heather - Thank you so much!
