I am in the Real Estate Services business. I used the company to do routine services on my home AC unit as well as suggested for my customers. Last year I had routine service done $29. Now they have changed to a subscription model for $220 per year. What a ripoff. I can get routine services done for $49.
To $69. Almost anywhere. I only hope that other customers realize that it is a total scam.
