The technician was on time and fixed the A/C problem just temporarily. He told me that he needs to come back after the office contact me. I am waiting for the call office but I will call you in the way that I found time to do. I renewed my plan and the first visit was less than 30 days. Also, the technician explained to me that the unit needs change some pieces like the relays, blower fan , capacitor, until I change those pieces my unit will be expend more electricity that will be affect my monthly bill. I would like to talk with some body ASAP in the company that explain or help me to find some choices.

Had service 3 times George checked unit Eric replaced capacitor and Robert explained why thermostat reads as it does moisture is cause . All techs were knowledgeable respectful

Took my money and all they did was check the system, three weeks later my A/C unit was leaking water, and was low on Freon when they just told me everything was fine. Will never call them again or recommend this company waste of money

I have been doing business with ice cooling for more than 7 years. When ever I have any issue I am able to get set up that exact day, which during these times is hard to come by. I had called ICE cooling to come out due to my unit blowing hot air. I have to say that the Work was done efficiently, professionally and the gentleman was very informative. I never feel as though they are trying to get more than what the work is truly worth. I highly recommend ice cooling. Thanks for always being so diligent and trustworthy.
