All the employees from the top down have been helpful and responsive to my needs concerning my A/C and heating installation of the new unit for my home. Well I gave good install review but now.... Since we've had unit a few months they have has to come a few times. Pump bad, noise issues, today makes 3 time it's quit working. You can only get them here the hours you work so, you miss work at least once a month. They were just here Thursday (10 days to get here due to having to request time off my job again) as I insisted there was an issue. Was told noise was normal and guess what today (Monday) walk in and no A/C. I've asked 3 times about maintenance plan no body has an answer about what I paid for. So my suggestion if you had window units (thank God we did) keep them in place you're gonna need them often.
My air handler was leaking in the garage, and they tech came out ,hooked his vacuum to the A/C drain outside and told me that it was clogged ,and it was fixed. Two days later the say problem occurred, couldn't get these people to call me back, or even answer the phone. Not a quality service organization.
Most definitely would recommend their services. Very informative and will provide a play by play of each step of the process. You’ll be pleased and glad you called!!
It would be enough to say that I.C.E. Cooling was VERY knowledgeable and skilled in quickly diagnosing and repairing my AC, which they were. However, they are also VERY Customer Service oriented. On a Friday afternoon, when I called I.C.E. Cooling and spoke to Robert all of his technicians were out on jobs and he wasn’t sure there would anyone available to respond to my call until the next business day. But rather than put me off, he said that he would check the schedule and get back to me. It being Friday afternoon I thought for sure that help wouldn’t be coming that day. To my pleasant surprise Robert called back, and arranged for one of his technicians, Chris, to come by at 6PM. Chris finished the job at 7:30 PM and was extremely friendly and pleasant, even though this extra assignment extended his workday late into a Friday evening. I without hesitation would HIGHLY RECOMMEND I.C.E. Cooling. Thank You Robert and Chris.
Absolute joke...gave me a quote in a email first one price and then another since I needed heat pump fine with that the installs come to do it in because it's in the Attic they start they call the manager and the manager is telling me that it's an extra 1200 bucks because they have to get in the Attic should have sent somebody out to do a proper inspect before you start giving quotes to people total waste of time
I want to personally thank Robert, Stephine and George for dealing with my indecisiveness. The service that they have provided for me and my family is above and beyond others. Thank you guys so very much for all that you have done.
