ABOVE & BEYOND A/C & HEAT

Let’s face it, an A/C company is only as good as the person that is working on your AC problem that day and the office admin your taking to on the phone. It can be a well known company, but turnover is always there and they don’t always vet out their people. “you get what you get...” That being said, A&B is a family-run business, there isn’t that turnover. It’s the same great people that perform professional work, guaranteed. What a relief! No surprises. No scams, Service knows what they’re doing and office admins are on the ball.

I called this company because my unit started humming, then went out. Mr. Kirk Gillam came out in a surprisingly short time. He went straight away to the unit and diagnosed, and fixed the problem, literary in minutes. I would recommend Above and Beyond AC company to anyone needing a honest, professional and, he discounted my bill 50.00, even though I found his prices to be reasonable. He also gave me good advice to help preserve my unit in the future. Love, love, love this company. I would call them again if needed.

Truly above and beyond service! Our AC motor quit working a few weeks ago. The home warranty company connected us with Above & Beyond, who came out the next day to assess the problem. Because the part order depended on the warranty company, we could have been looking at weeks without air. But Denise in the office guided us through, got in touch with the warranty company and answered all our questions. As soon as the part was approved (less than a week), Above & Beyond sent technicians the very next day and the AC was up and running again.

Great company! The guy that came out to do the inspection of the unit as well as the guy he brought back with him to help do the work were both friendly yet professional, informative, and did a great job. They were also courteous of the home and did not make a mess. I would highly recommend them to others. Thanks guys

Always there when i need them

Excellent company. I had a failing unit and Chris came out literraly in 1 hour. I explained I had a pregnant wife in the home and he was at my house shortly after. This happened on a Friday @ 4:30PM. Chris was at my house with a new unit the next day (Saturday morning) and had everything replaced by noon. Didn't even charge me for Saturday rate. Couldn't be more pleased with the service received from everyone at this company. They will be the only ones that touch my AC from now on.

97 degrees, hear index 111 and our system took a "dump"! Called them for help knowing they were probably slammed do to the extreme heat lately. Papa Chris got to us about 6:30 pm. I must say I was expecting a call telling me I'd have to wait till today but true to form he came, he fixed, we slept good!
