Mike Bertie Heating & Air

No nonsense air conditioning professionals! I called in the morning, very frustrated abour my air handler leaking (water). I had another ac company that came out the day before, but they didn't correctly remedy the problem ( a clogged water drain tray and drain pipe). I called Mike Bertie the following morning after my ac leaked during the night all over the floor, and Mike had a tech.out to diagnose the issue very timely. The technician quickly corrected the other companies screw up and was very fast and proficient in doing so ,at a very fair price. I'll be trusting Mike's Berties Heating & Air to take care of all my heating and air conditioning needs in the future.

My air conditioner went out the night before called them the next day and to they had it up and running in about 20 mins and it didn't cost me and arm and a leg. I really appreciate it.

My system stopped working efficiently a few days ago. Mike Bertie came out, diagnosed the problem and I'm back up and running. He worked quickly and at a fair price. I will only use Mike in the future for all my AC needs.

I called Mike last year when I heard a squeal coming from my Central Air unit, he came right out. Explained things to me and checked it over, oiled it and let me know it was fine just needed some oiling.. I am new to Florida and learning about the heat here lol... He was wonderful!! Any problems at all he is the Man to call.. he knows what he is doing, is personable, and professional.. Very glad I found him!!

We've used Bertie Heating twice in the 3 months we bought our house and we absolutely love them. They answer the phone, arrive when they say they're going to and Matt went above and beyond to help us in our time of unwanted heat, not only us, my in laws and sister in law use them. I hope we don't have anymore issues but if we do we'll call Bertie, they'll come save us!

My heating and air unit had gone out during one of the hotter days of the summer. Mike and his crew came out in a short amount of time and diagnosed the problem, but before he fixed it he noticed that it was still within the warranty date and used the warranty to totally replace a major part of the unit. He will continue to be the only one I call for service to my heating and air conditioner.

They're response time was amazing. The service provider was excellent and honest.
