Ac broke on a Friday. Mike was able to rearrange some things and fit us in on Monday. Even lent us 2 portable Ac units to get us through the weekend. Crew was fast, and polite. HIGHLY recommend. Very happy customer.

I really want to Thank Mike Bertie AC in Keystone Heights I have fluid on the brain and i get Bad headache and My AC went as you know in Florida it's gets very Hot I called Mike on monday morning last month and explained my AC got hit by lightning over the weekend and it's to old to fix he came out the next day and gave me a estimate to replace mine it was an AMAZING offer so I went with him with in a couple of days he was out with his helper they did an AMAZING job they were VERY polite worked very hard they even went out of there way on some thing I can't Thank him enough for installing my new AC with in a short time I'm so HAPPY with the AC they installed I didn't realize how bad my old AC worked until he installed the new one I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE BERTIES AC COMPANY I also want to THANK the gentleman that came with Mike THANK YOU AGAIN FOR INSTALLING MY NEW AC in a short time 😊

Looking to upgrade a tired old system, I contacted Mike, who explained all the options and price ranges, and more important what I really needed. The day of the install, Mitchell, Shawn, and Matt arrived promptly at 9:00 and were done by 3:30. Top class work, knowledgeable techs, reasonable prices, local family. I was lucky to find him. Five stars.

Mike was great, he got back to me super fast even tried to help me figure out the problem to see if I could fix it myself. The repair guy was great and did a good job. Thank you guys! Great price and so helpful and got my a.c working.

I wanted my experience to be completed before I posted an honest review. Mike Bertie Heating & Air is the BEST. After a thunderstorm knocked out our Ac (and a reset didn't fix it) I called the company who left their sticker from Install (Mike Bertie) and he had Tim come out the same day to diagnose the system. It turned out that our Motor had gone out BUT Tim let me know it was under warranty and that the part was in Gainesville and would have to be installed on the 17th (Day of review). So on the 17th I let Mike know I would be home in the afternoon and Mike let me know that he would be sending Tim out to install. The Install and service work took about an hour, had a nice talk with Tim while we waiting for the part to be installed and the mandatory system stall. Compressor came on, and Tim waited to make sure it was running well and also checked my refrigerant while he was at the system. I cannot explain how happy I am that my AC is back on, but the professionalism and the fast work done to keep myself and my family cool. Seriously a new customer for life, so glad that Mike and Tim are so close for any future AC needs.

I called Mike Bertie's HVAC yesterday around 4 regarding a tenant's air being out. He had it repaired and running by 5:30. I could not believe it! He is wonderful!! What fabulous service!! Thank You!!

Mike Bertie is just good people. He cares about his customers and doing things right. He's responsive, fast, and his team is talented and efficient. You won't find a more honest HVAC guy!

My air conditioner stopped cooling today. I called Mike around 3:30 pm. By 4 pm, Matt was here and my A/C was cooling the house when I had to leave for Gainesville around 5 pm. Excellent service at a fair price. I recommend this company and will use them in the future.
