Wow! Can't say enough great things called in when my a/c was making strange noises never thinking someone could actually make it out the same day! To my surprise they had a temporary part for me to use over the weekend til my part was in and then the owner came by to install. How's that for service. Four star I would say!!!

First used this service 10 years ago when we bought our house here in Hawthorne FL.Originally from CT. We had no idea of who to call for anything and Mike Bertie came highly recommend from my mom and all people she knew from the Melrose and Keystone Heights FL. Areas .At that time he was not as big a company as he is now..but we called him and had him check out our central air system as I wanted everything inspected and prepared / serviced ... whatever nesassary ..He came out same day we called ( we moved here fourth of July weekend 2011 so it was beginning of the next week) Mike was extremely pleasent.. knowledgeable and professional and got us all set in no time!! We've been using his service ever since and have refered him to everyone we know!! He has grown into a nice sized company over these years but he's is still the most honest and fair priced A/C ( HVAC) person/ company I know!! We all would definitely recommend and refer this company/ service to anyone and everyone that's within their area.. not sure how far they go ...but give them a call before you call anyone else!!!

Great service ! I called one morning with ac problems and their service guy Tim showed up within 30 minutes, replaced capacitor on compressor and had ac working in minutes. Mike Bertie can count on my business from now on. Great local business.
