Dove Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

After being a loyal customer and friend of the owners for years, I had a repairman come to my house where he found a leak. In addition to fixing the leak, he moved the dryer and I received an un-itemized bill for $600. I emailed the owner twice with no response, called the office and left a message, no response and finally sent a text to his personal number. After some texting, I said I would like to make an appointment for him to come to my house and discuss the repair, which I already paid. It happens that he lives very close to me too so I thought it would be convenient. He said in a text that since it was past 5 he would call the next day. I never heard from him again.

If you are looking for AC service, repair or installation, look no further. This company is fair, clean, professional, on time and diligent. The emergency unit replacement of one unit and the service on another unit was completed exactly as quoted. Great job DOVE.

They called me at 8pm at night and the man is yelling on the phone and stating I don't need your money and that I actually told him to go f himself because I got a better quote...I did not like his service and quote for a new AC unit and get this I was under contract to this firm since i purchased this home...
