The salesman, Alan, was very thorough and informative in helping me select the right air conditioner for my home. The service techs arrived early to install my new air conditioning unit. My husband and I bought a new house in July 2021. We were lucky to purchase a home that had a brand new A/c installed by the previous owner which was so great. The Reme Halo will generate hydroperoxides, which are all around us outdoors (but very little exist indoors) which kill viruses, bacteria, mold and odors. My family's health is a huge priority and I will do whatever it takes to keep them healthy. Simon put us on the schedule for the following day and we had it installed within an hour.
