I definitely recommend Dove AC!! They are super friendly, reliable, and they get the job done. I recently purchased a home and needed a company to inspect my AC and check out why it smelled musty when it ran. Dove was very responsive and quickly added me to the schedule. The tech that came out to my house was very friendly and thorough. He took the time to explain things to me and answer any questions that I had. I am glad that I had them come out because I ended up having to replace my coils as they were rusted out; and had a Reme Halo installed. I have had the Reme now for a couple of months and you can definitely tell that the air quality in the home has significantly improved. The musty smell is gone and the air actually feels fresh in my home. Plus, I take comfort in knowing that my air is cleaner because the Reme kills all the germs!! An added note; I also liked the fact that the tech wore booties over his shoes in the house. It’s little details like that that make a difference. Call Dove for honest, reliable service!!

Dove was extremely responsive when my AC unit stopped working. They had the part in stock and sent someone over right away to get my system back up and running. I had been using John Cassidy prior to the system failing, and John Cassidy had failed to register the AC system so I was not able to get the part covered under warranty (which is 10 years if you register the product). Dove said they do the product registration as a courtesy for their customers. Nicole was really nice and responsive. And the install rep was great - Allen. Thanks to the team for getting my AC back up and running. I will be using Dove AC going forward!

We own a commercial refrigerator and we love it. Have owned countless commercial appliances. The downside is getting anyone to service these units is like getting a drivers license appointment, no fun.

I called dove air-conditioning based on the reviews and thought,well this should take a week. I was so wrong. The receptionist answered my call on the first ring. She was professional, kind and got me an appointment within hours.
Service tech arrived and diagnosed the issue. Ordered the part. Simon, the owner,worked with me on a few details. 1 week later my part arrived and it was installed today. Alan,the service tech was prompt, ,knowledgeable and my refrigerator is back on.line

Dove Airconditioning Refrigeration is professional, reasonable, friendly and honest. Service was on point for the install of a new air conditioning unit at our office. From their office staff to the installers Dove Airconditioning Refrigeration is top notch! I will be recommending this company if I hear of anyone looking for an Airconditioning contractor. Dove Airconditioning was recommended to me from another business owner. Pay attention, you never know when your air conditioner is going to go out. Dove Airconditioning Refrigeration patched up the best they could until the new install. They were willing to send a tech out whenever we called and, at no charge. Kudos to Dove Airconditioning Refrigeration for their great customer support!

Man talk about a life saver. After being given old equipment from our original walk in combo that was supposed to be new and under warranty Dove came in and saved our life. They repaired everything and now we have working units with warranty. Great service and a great team!

I have been using Dove A/C for 8 years. These guys are the best! They take care of my personal home, my office, and my rental properties. They are reliable and always take care of me on the price. Simon has even sent guys out free of charge to do a quick patch until he could get it fully fixed because he was very slammed at the time. I recommend then to everyone I can!

I have been a customer of Dove for close to 15 years. They were referred to me by my parents who used their services for their restaurant and their residence and they have never let down anyone in my family. Simon and Nicole are great to work with. They deliver prompt service and their technicians are honest and reliable. We have never had a bad experience with anyone in the company.

Simon and his team were spectacular! I contacted them bright and early on a Sunday (early like 6:15AM on a Sunday), and he was able to get someone out to assess our unit within two hours of my call. The tech was very helpful, letting us know that our unit was completely broken and needed to be replaced (we are renters, and it was apparent that the unit hadn't seen a whole lot of maintenance over the years). Simon worked closely with our landlord and scheduled his team to come to our apartment the following day. They arrived around 8:45A and these guys worked non-stop till about 4:15P, and our apartment had precious cool air flowing at the end of all their hard work. My husband and I can't say thank you enough. If anyone needs a kind, honest, and hardworking A/C repair team, look no farther than Dove A/C and Refrigeration!
