I have been looking for an affordable, professional, fair and honest AC company for some time now. I have tried all the major companies in Jacksonville, and these guys are better than all them! Richard is a very FAIR professional. They were on time, METICULOUS and was very informative as I asked A LOT of questions about different aspects of the repair to learn more about HVAC units. They not once showed signs of frustration and was happy to explain things to me. Definitely will be using them for my rentals moving forward. Great work.

We used Rogers Air last fall when our A/C started leaking. They came out on a late Friday night and fixed it. We ended up having to get a whole new unit, which they installed in March. Very reasonable price, very knowledgeable, and very professional. Highly recommend!

Always my go-to call for AC service! Mr. Rogers is very responsive and timely. His diagnosis is always on point with an eye for not making you spend where unnecessary. My most recent call to him was when my unit was blowing hot air when I turned the AC on. He quickly identified that the issue was just a bad thermostat. I would have totally forgotten about the 2 year warranty that was still in effect for mine had he not reminded me. He came out and installed the replacement google sent me and the problem was fixed.

Very honest and trust worthy. Installed a unit in my last home on the recommendation of a neighbor and, after dealing with the big guys on several occasions in my new house, finally called Rogers Air and, after figuring out a system he'd never worked on before, it's been running perfectly. I highly recommend Rogers Air.

I have used for years. Professional, always on time and competitive costs. I called him at 8pm one time and he told us how to fix the issue instead of paying a service charge for the simple fix.

Been using Richard for 32 years, would not use any one else .
