Our a/c went out on a hot weekend in July. EAC came out, battled the wasps who had nested in the blower, devised a sound replacement part when it was needed, and had us cool again by mid-afternoon. For a reasonable fee. We became firm fans.

Called them last week for a repair they were at my house in about 30 minutes. The techs are always personable and very thoughtful.
