Madison was very friendly and professional. He replaced the capacitor in our unit. He offered up the fact that it was still under warranty so they would take care of the part free of charge to us (plus labor). He could have easily just charged us for the capacitor and we might not have thought to check on the warranty. Glad there are still honest companies out there.

Complete Air, is the best air condition/heating company we have ever used in 35 years of home ownership. Don Richards and Madison Owens make a great team. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and above all else, know what they are doing when it comes to any type of installation or repair work. Don, explains in a very understandable way, what type of work needs to be done and how he plans to fix the problem. We have used Complete Air now for almost 10 years for all of our air conditioning maintenance and servicing of our units. Don has solved many small issues we have dealt with in our older home. He always knows the best way to approach things and we cannot say enough wonderful things about Complete Air. They are by far the best in the business! Saturday July 31,2021, the hottest day of the year in Saint Johns Florida, our AC stopped working the night before and my call to our regular AC company couldn’t schedule me till Monday. Called Don from a recommendation on Next Door and he’d be here by 2pm. He had a cancellation, called to notify me and came over in 20 minutes. He assessed the situation and in less than half an hour he had completed the job. AC now working, it’s nice and cool again! Thank you Don of Complete Air. Our system was over 10 years old with no more warranty and we had planned to replace in the near future. Don sealed the deal and December 2, 2021 he cleaned and repaired ductwork, as the back of house had no airflow which was a flaw from the original homes construction. Next day he installed the new unit and by noon we were good to go. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, professional and personable. What more could you ask? Best experience ever with Don and his crew from Complete Air. Thank you!

This is an outstanding company that I highly recommend. I moved into a house with a fairly new A/C unit that has been plagued with problems. Each time I have an issue the company has been very diligent at identifying the problem and finding a solution. They’ve also been extremely fair with their pricing. I continue to call them whenever I have an issue and an never disappointed.

I purchased my HVAC from this company during March 2018, and repaired some duct work/vents. The owner and staff wonderful. Madison just completed our 3rd annual maintenance check and did a great job. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this company’s products and services.

UPDATE 8/2022: This company is truly awesome. It’s been a tough/hot summer and my A/C went down. I called them to come out and they were out within an hour. Thankfully, it was a minor repair.

I cannot say enough great things about Don and his team. I have used them now for several years and will not use anyone else. Most recently, my A/C quit on a 90 degree Friday afternoon. They were at my home before the end of the day, identified the issue, and had me back in cold air immediately for under $250. Integrity and honesty!
