Below Zero Heating and Air

If ZERO STARS was an option it still wouldn't give a good enough idea of this place. On Friday my air went out. We called them out and they replaced the outside unit. By the time it was all said and done it was 7pm. I was told that it was 'done' and my air would now work. I was excited and hopeful, I have a small older dog and a 1 year old. Saturday rolls around and we went out that morning. (I always leave my air on cool and it is set to 71. I live in FL and have been in this house for 2 years. It is always 71 in the house.) We come home from our outing at it was 74 and still early. We waited it out and by the time it was 77 we knew it wasn't working. We call and get told "oh we are busy, it will be tomorrow morning." Whatever. It got up to 84 and I had to get a hotel. Sunday morning rolls around. I get a call saying, "It will be later in the afternoon, I have school and I'm the only one working." Again, strange. So we wait. When we got home from the hotel it was 69 and we had it set to 69. Nice. A different guy comes out at 12pm. It was 72 when he got here and 74 when he left. I was told he replaced the capacitor because it was bad. (On the NEW unit they just installed.) I was assured it was fixed. He left and it went up to 77 and then all the way to 83. I had called when it was 78 at 3. Told they would make time for me today. MORE LIES!! It is now 8pm on Sunday and not a call, saying we can't make it today or anything. In short: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Their name should be Below Zero Stars!

As soon as I called to Below Zero referred by a friend mine. They scheduled my new ac system installation on next day. Alejandro and Raidel arrived early and did excellent job. Adonys came out to do an estimate to replace my ductwork and AC system which are very old and not functioning. he answered very professionally and made it easy for me to understand the process involved. He scheduled an appointment to do the job on next day. The job has been done with professionalism. I really Impressed the way Below Zero resolved all my problems. Highly recommend this hvac company

Replaced our old unit for us. Scheduled the new install only 2 days after the consultation. Showed up on time got the job done quickly and now our house is staying nice cool in this hot summer heat.

Unprofessional - paid this company to install a new central AC outside unit, when it broke after 2 years, i called them and got a “hello who’s this?” at their company number, then they said they’d “get to me” and hung up, i ended up doing the repair myself
