Steven came out to patch up a leak at 7 p.m. on a weekday. Days later, he put in a new system and it was a painless process. He even registered the unit with Trane for me. Much appreciated. I'll call him in 20 years!

We have used Steven on multiple occasions now! He is always fast to reply and gets to our repair / issue extremely fast. His prices are reasonable and he is reliable! We can’t recommend him enough!

First of all it’s august and my AC had ice blocks growing in the garage and my unit in the back. The temperature was 86 degrees in the house and Steven came over within a couple of hours after a job on the same day that I noticed the broken system. He replaced my mother board and didn’t overcharge me. Best part is my house is cold only a couple of hours calling him. He arrived around 12:30 and was done around 3:30. Steven also removed some of the other potential rubbish around the AC unit outside and then educated me on maintenance. Will use him when I need to replace the big one. Bartrum Springs resident

Steven was referred to me by my parents because of a great job he did installing their AC. He serviced my AC for the first time last year in 2019 and was extremely professional and informative. This year 2020, even with everything going on, he was able to still come out with short notice. His work is exceptional, he cleans after himself (I don’t have to worry about him tracking dirt through my house or leaving trash), he’s professional and just a down right good guy!!!! A year ago I called for service on my AC. I spoke to Stephen and he was very courteous and not only was he fast but he had no problem coming after hours to make sure that we had cold air. He quoted me for a system and although we weren’t financially ready, we knew that we would do business with Stephen and Advantech in the future. That time came this week. He once again made sure to come to the house same day but he had a new unit installed in less than 24 hours. He walked us through the nest app and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a fantastic customer experience. On top of it all the price was amazing. Steven helped us out a lot and was able to come thru at a moments notice and stayed until the job was done. Super professional! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area. He went as far as putting up two different thermostats and found a bad wire and knew how to repair it. Thanks Advantage Air for keeping us warm!

I drove my car through my garage air conditioner last week, leaving me with no AC. I called Steven at 8 p.m. that night and he came by the next day. My boyfriend and I were both impressed with his amazing customer service and genuine sensitivity to our situation. Steven came and worked on our air conditioner for more than 3 hours after already working a super long day. Not having AC is never a fun experience, but if you ever find yourself in that situation I would absolutely recommend working with this company!
