The tech was very knowledgeable and ensured that we knew how to properly adjust the thermostat. He was able to quickly identify and remediate the issue with loose dampers that were not properly secured during installation. This is a new construction home and I was not expecting this but very thankful that the company was able to send an awesome tech that quickly got us back on track.

Two gentlemen, Luciano and Kevin arrived on time for a routine checkup. Upon examining the AC unit, Luciano found mold on the inside unit. I was unpleasantly surprised as our home is not even 2 years old. Mold was visible on coils. Luciano was extremely knowledgeable and explained the solution. We had the U.V. light. If I could Luciano a higher rating than 5 I would. He is a great mentor to Kevin who was very attentive and professional. Great job....great guys.

I used this company to replace my parents A/c and they where great. Service advisor came out Monday and explain everything by Wednesday they had a new unit. Thank you A/c designs!

Luciano and Cameron were courteous and professional. They did a great job of ensuring our system was running efficiently. They even called to ask if they could arrive earlier than our scheduled appointment time. Great job.

Mauricio was our technician and he was very professional, nice and very knowledgeable. He didn’t try to rush and get out. Very good work ethic and we would recommend him to anyone. We will also be getting the preferred service agreement and would like him to be our regular technician.

Service call by Luciano and Jacob this afternoon was excellent. They performed routine maintenance on both our units, including unplugging a drain line I didn’t know was plugged! Our units are both 13 years old, but still functioning well. Luciano made a couple of recommendations to increase the life of our system, explaining them clearly. The repairs were made quickly and professionally. Thank you for the excellent service.

Dylan and Luciano came to my house to conduct my semi annual maintenance service. They were punctual, actually called and arrived early in the appointment window. They performed the agreed upon services and made recommendations for extending the longevity of the system. They kept me informed of their progress during the process. I was pleased that they used shoe covers when the entered the house and performed the inside services. My A/C units are over five years old so I am hoping with proper maintenance I can keep them running at least another five years. AC Designs will be back in another six months.

I first must say I am impressed with how my service call was handled. I honestly wasn't expecting to have a tech come out the same day and with me calling after 1pm. I wasn't able to get an appointment window which again was fine because they were going to come out the same day. You typically do not get this kind of service with companies.

My tech that came out was Henry. Henry was very polite and professional. As the service desk stated he would call 30 mins before heading my way and he did that. Even though it was late and dark outside, Henry took his time and made sure everything was in working order. He didn't seemed rushed and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He kept me informed what was happening and answered any questions I had. He also made some great suggestions in regards to my warranty and I appreciate his input which I will need to make a move on it soon.

Luciano and Casey were very professional, punctual, on time and made sure my system was functioning perfectly. Give these guys a raise and keep up the excellent work!
