Jane was a very nice service tech. He was completely knowledgeable of my unit. He took the time to explain my service call and I will be requesting him for my next device.

Service tech checked all aspects of my unit finding no major issues. He located the often over-looked problem and had the unit back in service in no time.
He was friendly and honest and provided a few tips to extend the life of my unit.
