Had Ricky out to provide an estimate to remove real old metal wrap ducts that were sweating badly. Within a week Matt and Ashton came out and begin relocating the new ducts due to a remodel in progress. These two gentlemen did an outstanding job! So, I have used these guys for 25 years and always have a good experience, a guy named Matt came out to my house tonight and fixed my handler in my old house, above my carport, he gave amazing point of view on how to fix my old house and was very attentive and nice, he fixed my handler and told me things, that I haven't heard before and gave me amazing service, I think I finally fixed my situation with my old house and he was amazing, I highly recommend these guys, which I always have, great service, nice people, good people!

Climate Control was referred to me when I moved into my home 6 years ago. I have used them several times to service my aging HVAC unit and have been more than pleased with their work. The technicians have always been professional and HONEST! I will only call Climate Control when replacing the system.

We purchased this air conditioner from Climate Control in 2013. We had a problem with it and phoned for service. It would not cool. After the service tech diagnosed the problem, which was two freon lines rubbing together causing a hole in the line. All the freon gas leaked out. The tech repaired the problem and is working fine. He did not charge us. I feel that if the two lines had not been rubbing together we not needed a service call. The next day Climate Control phoned us and told us we owed them $235.00 for labor. I feel that this was a manufacture defect or was installed improperly. It was not our fault that the two lines rubbed together but the manufacturer defect. Why should I pay for a defect that was not our fault. I phoned the office to speak to the manager which was not in at the time and they would have him phone us. To this day we have not heard from them.

We had our Lennox unit installed on March 31, 2016. We have had nothing but issues since that time with this unit loosing Freon. Most recently we had the company that installed it DC/AC Air Conditioning and Heating out and it cost us $235. for them to so call fix it, two days later not cooling house again, they were here for hours and didn't know what was wrong with it. We decided to call another company for second opinion over the weekend as it was 89 degree's in our home. They let us know after coming to home they don't diagnose over the weekend and charged us $230. for service call and Freoon. That lasted 1 1/2 Days.
We called Climate Control and the Tech was so polite and kind, he found the issue and repaired it in less than an hour. Total cost for Repair and Freon $140. Climate Control has my Vote for Best Heating & Air Specialist. They are not rip offs either.

I had another AC company come out to check a unit that had stopped cooling . A tech and a salesman showed up at my door . They reveiwed it and said I needed to replace my 3 1/2 year old unit, re design my air system and it would run over $9000. That sounded outrageous. I asked a friend for a recommendation for another opinion and he endorsed Climate Control .
James , from Climate Control came on time and within an hour had replaced a part that was obviously leaking coolant, replaced it with cooper coil and the total was under $200. In addition he advised me on some care practices I needed advice on. I am planning on recommending Climate Control to my family and friends and will continue to use them . So glad James came to help.

Climate Control installed an AC unit for a house we built 6 years ago. The unit already needs replacing. When we called Climate Control recently, they said it was only warranted for 5 years which wasn't true. When we called Trane, the manufacturer, we were told that the dealer should have registered the unit in order to get a 10 year warranty. Climate Control never mentioned this 'little' detail. When confronted, Climate Control told us our contractor should have registered the warranty or at least relayed to us that it needed to be registered. Besides initially incorrectly installing our unit (which they did correct), you'd think that as a company who purports to have their customers' best interests at heart, they would have made sure that the product was registered. Instead, while everyone's passing the buck, we have to shell out another $5000 to replace the entire unit which should have had a longer life in the first place.
