I have been a long time customer and through the years Climate Control has remained consistent regarding their professional standards. Every technician who has come to my home has been wonderful. Now... with the COVID pandemic the technician arrived with a mask on and maintained social distancing which was greatly appreciated.

We Love Climate Control. We’ve been using them for almost 20 years— For twice yearly maintenance and any issues we have that pop up. The team at climate control are always quick to respond and repair. We have never felt like they are trying to sell us something we don’t need. I can completely trust their diagnoses and resolution.

We’ve been dealing with Climate Control for years now. From Shawn, the owner, to the office staff and install crews-they’re all terrific.

Our latest project with them was the installation of the smaller heat pump we use for the bedroom area. The guys were disconnecting the outside unit when I went to ask if they’d like a cool drink. Once we got talking I asked both Pete and Joey, what Pandora station they were listening to. They responded that it was one of the few stations where they didn’t have to listen to negative music and/or lousy language. I cannot tell you how many work crews I’ve hired over the years that couldn’t care less that they cursed in front of my wife or kids or threw their cigarette butts and trash on our lawn while they did their job! Pete and Joey could not have been better gentlemen or more professional! Just terrific guys that helped me get a bit more optimistic about people, younger than I, when it comes to trying to be nice to one another. That may sound corny to most, but I really appreciated watching two guys who love what they do for a living, that didn’t complain about co-workers or management, etc. Very refreshing! I truly respect these two men and the company they work with!

Very Professional. Arrived on time and they get the job done right the first time. They originally installed my geothermal unit 16 years ago and by far the best air conditioning system I have ever had. Has saved me lots of money over the course of ownership.

Your employee Mr. James with all Respect! He's genuine and cares about his customers thus delivering the best service he can(above and beyond). Nevertheless, he has a great personality. If I were your competitor I would not hesitate; and give him a bonus that he couldn't resist and take him away from Climate Control permanently ...

I have used Climate Control on numerous occasions. Their crews always show up on time, they are clean and polite, and they get the job done quickly. Most recently they ran a second line and installed a second vent to a room that wasn't cooling as well as the rest of the house. I've always been very happy.

All the folks I encountered at Climate Control were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Tom & Victor did an excellent install. Obviously they are very skilled craftsman. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

James was prompt, professional, and so polite. He found and fixed our issue in a timely manner. I was very comfortable with him in my home and I would definitely continue service with this company!
