Great service and very professional! They have always provided high quality service to my Fleet of forklifts and would recommended them to anyone look for a forklift service maintenance and/or repair company.

Great technician but WORST CUSTOMER Service, specially from Mr. Jorge. Who was not reliable with the receptionist and myself.

1) First day of diagnostic, he was disrespectful with our receptionist.
2) After PO approval, he arrived without a scheduled service.
3) He wanted a pay onsite. I gently said that he received a confirmed Purchase Order, then with the signed work order we will create the check under General Manager approval.

He got mad and said I KNOW WHERE YOU ARE. Never again with this disrespectful service. If you run a big business I encourages you to stay away.

very unprofessional on the phone , didnt know what year there unit was even. was talking to someone else about something while i was on the phone. customer service no good

Worst service received by this company. They tried to rip me off saying they needed to take my forklift for a week and quoted me $850 when the only thing I needed to do was change the battery ($100 approx) DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ALL IN FOR THE MONEY AND WILL TELL YOU YOUR FORKLIFT HAS NON EXISTING PROBLEMS

Jorge the owner is the BEST he is very knowledgeable on all the equipment. Great prices and great service. Any time I have an issue with a machine he has a technician at my location same day.

Made the forklift worst after a service. Extremely unprofessional. stopped answering your calls when complained. Had to find another company (A-best Forklift inc) which was extremely professional and communicated through out.
