Ben and Dane did an exceptional job installing my new Trane outside and inside units . They completed job in less than 4 hours and left house clean. They were very professional and courteous. Pricing was very reasonable with 10 year warranty . Dealing with AirSouth Account Executive James Sinclair was straight forward and easy process. Timely installation and got old unit functional free of charge until new unit could be installed. I highly recommend James Sinclair and his team at AirSouth for your mechanical home needs. In fact I signed up my seven rental homes with their preventive maintenance program.

Beware of pricing. They tried to add in all sorts of charges to inflate pricing on new commerical units. Literally 75% more than 3 other people who quoted. Also charged me an entire day to fix my units only to tell me after 8 hours they can't be fixed! There are better options!

Very bad company to work for and to do business, unprofessional, unorganized, not trust worthy. I used work there There over pricing to the customer. They do not care for their workers, don’t do business with them!
