I called in the afternoon hours and asked about a technician to come over & fix our Heatpump.The technician came and was friendly & professional, explained my options & made great suggestions on more efficient ways to get Heat & air conditioning. I've used Grand Heating & Air Conditioning now for about 3 years on all of my heating services & really appreciate their prompt and friendly service.
